Buildings should not be constructed within 200m to the sea shoreline. This will allow future public parks and paths/roads to be constructed. Unfortunatly, I see a lot of fences going up within 50m to the beach. No blue print and no plans will certainly make this an unfortunate bodged blank canvas.
Ban cars on the beach.
It gets worse. This hotel will build a swimming pool and entertainment area beyond the wall/fence and closer to the sea, truly bonkers.
Roof top swimming pool, perhaps next time eh.
