Dhis Soomaaliya – An idea for building Somalia together.
Asalamu Aleykom.
I’m currently working on a project called Dhis Soomaaliya, an app based on a simple idea: Somalia’s development should not depend only on the government or foreign organizations (NGO’S). Somalis themselves can play a direct role in building the country.
The goal is to create a platform where Somalis in Somalia and across the diaspora can contribute to and support real projects in areas such as education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, and entrepreneurship.
The vision is simple:
“Muwaadin kasta wuxuu dhisaa qarankiisa.”
Every citizen builds their nation.
I’d love to hear your thoughts. What features would you want to see in an app like this?
Mahadsanidiin.
