Yeah they became even more lazy as it that was possible. This new layout is much more in your face intergrationist with that map and no mention of the Somaliland Shilling not to mention the chunk of land that seems to have no market or economy!
No too sure why they didn’t include “the border dispute” near Garowe? At least if they wanted to be polically correct in the local context, they should have included all of Somaliland’s border claims.
Also, where did they get the information about the red-line? How did they define it? I mean, the Somaliland border has clearly defined coordinates, how just they justify just drawing a line somewhere?
It just shows the total ineptness of Somaliland officials. They are too busy talking about internal political than focusing on their duty to protect Somaliland and its legal borders.

Who edits these reports? They have Somaliland Shillings labelled in Bosaso. And Somalia SHillings in Burco.
The funny thing is even Xudur in Bakaool region now uses Somaliland Shillings. 
They use this database for generating these reports.

Puntland’s prices are all over the place for example Sugar is up 18% since September and rice is up 9%.
In comparison, Somaliland only 1% for sugar in the same period. Rice is 2% down.
In Mogadishu, Rice is %21 down and sugar is 2% up…
