I think, Berbera Tuna is not only going to make business harder for Habo Tuna in Ethiopia or even South Somalia but also inside Puntland as well. It is all about economy of scale. The more you can produce per 1 hour of labour or 1kw of energy used, the more the margin of profit you have.
