aibat could be a gold mine in somaliland as a new region like sahil , awdal with funding for the government , it have djibouti torism with ferry jetty and a french speaking area of somaliland with high djibouti population with visa for tourism and build square hotels and shops and could generate billions for the somaliland economy in selling apratments on the beach areas , the size is around 1.8 miles to 700 meters where 22 traffic lights and ferry jettry would be part of the conctract , contracts can be by morroco or china to build all concrete , somaliland with major currnecy floation would mean it would make 20 billion dollars and contracts are important and new , conctracts are easier to provide acheievent on hard tasks such as berbera waterfront and aibat island redevelopment , it can be a french speaking area with 20000 djibouti popualtion and ferrys can provide transport from berbera and djibouti city in the red sea region .
