somaliland buses are old and are 1970s totyota , somaliland by now should have new buses for city and berbera and hargesia transport , tram systems should be in hargesia that are cheap to purchase and be around 900 meters only in central areas , somaliland should have a tram system in hargesia main road that is around 900 meters only and costs less than 20 million dollar to install , tram should be in somaliland and has not been built yet
