Berbera is a blank canvas, someone with a vision could see what a godsend that is to any mayor to cement his/her legacy for future. But it seem it is being mismanaged and we may lose this opportunity.
The city of Melbourne in Australia is one of the most beautiful cities in the world as it was planned from the start. Unlike Sydney which started with organic growth which that city pays huge price upto this day. The founding fathers of the city of Melbourne put in place a blueprint which guide the city to this day. It is a gift that keeps on giving to the city.
Those founding fathers didn’t have all the money but they had vision and that vision was over many years realised.
To say the least. Melbourne looks incredible.
