That is all came out. Apparently the Kenyans refused to include anything about the Kenya/Somalia issue into the final communique. Considering they Farmaajo called for this Emergency meeting, he was played good.
The Kenyans demanded Farmaajo restore all relations before they can even consider addressing any of the other sticking points.
