somaliland has many dishes such as rice and meat and spagetti and meat , and cured meats , somaliland may not have enough national foods , and can make thier own variations , such as stalls that sell foods to torusits that are somaliland food , say selling lahoh in streets for 1 dollar with sweet such as banana and suger with paper wrap , somaliland should control the food and make new national foods , a somali kefta made of meat that is morrocan kofta from turkey , and sell in stalls in somaliland , how somaliland controls food stalls in hargesia and other cities is important , for torusim and for the country , it should show what the national foods are and the types of meals that would sell for tourists , somaliland should pick 10 foods that cultrally somaliland and 3 foods that sold in stall as food for torusit and peoples it can be European such as kefta , ie kofta , somaliland does have alot of meat so a meat dish , a vegatarian dish and a sweet dish could be sold , national foods are very cultural , and needs more available for torusits ,and for the somaliland population . Somaliand could change and eat cous cous only and leave rice and pasta behind , carob a food from ancient Egypt still eaten in sudan could be grown in somaliland as a sweet dish with lahoh , carob can be sold with ice cream , a chocolate alternative
somaliland could stop eating pasta and rice and move to cous cous as a national food , as wheat silos could make cosu cous from wheat , stall would only sell 3 types of foods that other foods cannot be sold towards popuations and direct control of food stalls ie fast food is better economically for the long term as it could get out of controll and have no meaning, cous cous is more culturally berbera as somaliland high dir population would make it a good choice , somaliland began eating rice due to middle east and cous cous may be economically more positive as somaliland is in africa not asia or middle east , with flotation of its currency it can make 20 billion dollars with 4 billion loans from imf and world bank and paris club , stalls are very low qulality and sell meats outside where meat should be only sold inside , fast food stalls with only 3 types of foods and building warehouses for stalls is better in the long term , banning stalls of low quality is possible with loans somaliland can spend 30 million on markets and stalls in giving free stalls of high quality to boost economics such . implementing cous cous inside somaliland would partake first say increasing the price of rice towards higer prices and reducing the import of rice , cous cous prices can be lower and sold with more brands such as 4 different cous cous brands with eastern Africa ideology , rice prices can be increased with more taxation and pasta also would have higher prices , population could change towards cous cous , somaliland could make thier own dessert sauce for lahoh and saybayad with places to buy the sauce , meat kefta sold in Morocco with added vegetable and grilled sold with bread and sold for as little as 1 dollar prices can be controlled with organsation of market food stalls that set prices and provide eqipment for stall owners somaliland new imf loans could provide 30 million and provide high class markets in somaliland for tourists .markets need to controlled and its could cost billions of dollars with new floation of currency in central bank somaliland can stop showing low markets stalls and selling meat in public which is not common and not normal , organsation of markets could control somaliland markets in selling only fast food items such as kefta and burgers and not allowing low qulialty and home items
