An elaborate transportation program. Good road network is the backbone of every economy.
Whats shocking is the lack of priority for the Moyale corridor unless its already complete. We know Kenya has invested (debt) so much on the lapsset corridor but most investments from Ethiopia on this route seem to be long term i.e 2050.
I found this, dated 2012. The Kenyans also built their side.
