This was a year ago. What is the status now?
The dry port was anounced a year ago but the customs office was yesterday, I just combined the two into one thread. He mentions in the first video they would start construction very soon now that the elections are out of the way. Would have been great if they timed it with the Berbera Port inauguration in a few weeks but oh well. Similar fate for the Wajaale Dry port.
