Always impressed by Maxamed Cali Daarood maareeyaha wakaalada biyaha Hargeisa, whenever I see him in interviews, exudes knowledge and confidence wether speaking Somali or English. Can’t say the same for the Road & Transport minister (especially of late maybe Covid related) or the Berbera Port director for that matter.
