Somaliland Gov’t is currently developing master plans for key cities. I think it is time for them to incorporate modern city planning rather than 20th century thinking of city plans.
A key thumb rule of success is to learn from other’s mistakes and avoid repeating them yourself. Somaliland should learn from modern and developed cities which are making tremendous efforts to remake themselves and fix the mistakes they done in yesteryear.
