Better spacing between houses than the Hargeisa gated community and better mix of 3 and 4 bed. Floor plan I prefer Hargeisa. Not a single bath in any of the bathrooms and sad to see they still have not discovered built in wardrobes! Lets hope Solar power is utilised (not expecting this in Hargeisa as the developer also happens to be the power company).
