Line Ka Booliska area is about half the size of Waaheen.
Perfect for a Shopping mall development.
Is this a Dahabshiil owned?
Not sure, heard plenty of rumours some as wild as a Djibouti connection. I think down town is getting inundated with shopping malls. I know it wont happen but it would have been the perfect place for a park.

Not even in the wildest dreams.

Then the only thing they should build is a multi use 30 plus floor tower similar to Dahab Tower.
I wish, but that looks like an architects project/render of what’s possible. The actual sites foundation looks like another bog standard rectangular building or multiple buildings.
That design would be more suitable for the new Hargeisa airport, arrivals and departures for the two cones.
Mashruucan ballaadhan waxa gacanta ku haya [#MSG_Group] kuwaas oo hormuud ka ah dhismayaasha casriga ah ee dalka.
Mall-kani waxa uu noqon doonaa xarun ganacsi oo heer caalami ah, oo soo jiidasho leh, naqshad casri ahna leh, si uu u noqdo meel laga helo:
Dukaamo waaweyn iyo calaamado caalami ah
Goob lagu raaxaysto oo adeegyo kala duwan leh
Naqshad dhisme oo ka tarjumaysa horumarka iyo quruxda Hargeysa
Waa halkii ganacsigu ku kulmi lahaa, bulshada lagu adeegilahaa, isla markaana lagu kobcin lahaa dhaqaalaha.
The LineKa Booliska Development should be built in stages over many years. Currently they should focus on building a good 1 level + Car Park shopping centre. And over the next 10 - 20 years add more levels.
This was exactly the strategy taken by the owners of the biggest shopping centre in the Southern Hamisphere which is located in Melbourne. The Chadstone Shopping Complex.
It started as single level shopping centre and expanded over the years as the economy and income generated from the shopping increased.
While upgrading, they never closed the shopping centre completely. But instead they closed sections and moved on to the next section as the previous completed section opens for business.
Today, the Shopping Centre is multi-level world class.
