These cannot be anywhere above $50,000โฆ if they are, its a complete waste of money. Because you can get a detacahed house of your own with nice block of land for just a little more than $50,000.
Apartments are great for inner suburbs that are within walking distance of the markets or town centers.
In Somaliland, the only people I see that maybe interested in this are newlyweds or young families with 1 or 2 kids.
They seem to be obsessed with the term luxury in everything they do. It doesnโt need to be near the airport or Masalah or JigJiga yar for that matter, they already have 6 bedroom houses in those areas. This needs to be on the suburbs towards Bali Gubadle, Salahley, Arabsiyo , Haleeya, Geed Deeble etc. This will get prices down as land is peanuts there.
