They can use mini cranes.
Vehicles with cranes attached would make a killing!
Can also upgrade the winch in the future.
Looks to my untrained eye like they have used way too many piles on land. The jetty could have started a few metres closer to the sea. That could have given at least another 10 or 15 metres of length into the sea and thus more draft for the ships/boats.
Anyway its still a tremendous accomplishment by all accounts. I heard one of the engineers of this project saying that the jetty is extendable and plans are underway to extend it by another 40/50 metres soon subject to funds.
I think they could be taking into account “high tide/low tide” scenario. But yes, I think concrete should have been used in lieu of the piles for at least half-way of the piles on the beachside.
They should have also prepared a platform where goods and vehicles could wait while loading or offloading.

Would be ideal if that kind of platform could be attached to accommodate smaller vessels.
I think that is plausible.
