These are the mayors and council that we had to have back in 2012. Only mayor Ciddin was the odd one out.
Inshallah, Burco and Hargeisa will catch up with Berbera.
We need cities that are cleaner, greener and more lights and more roads. If they can achieve that in the next 5 years. Hats off to them. They done their tasks.
