Those elected have not been allowed to take their positions! Was it all for show? It was suppose to be Deni’s landmark achievement, but it came back to haunt him, as the results meant loosing control of the three villages where elections were piloted. By ignoring the result, which is what he is doing, he will end up doing more damage than he if had never implemented elections in the first place.
