When he saw article 87 of the KGM constitution of the country which indicates that he is the protector and developer of the basic principles of the constitution;
Referring to the circuit issued 18 January 2018 regarding the protection of lands in accordance with Article 43 of KMG Constitution of the country;
When he saw the law that prohibited rape and corruption in the lands of the public interest during the elections that came out on 27 October 2021;
When he realised that the prime minister had entered into a trace of suspicion that shows that he had abused public land belonging to the Somali Forces;
When he saw that the commander of the Somali National Force has opened an investigation into the claims related to corruption of Somali public lands belonging to the Somali Forces;
When he realised that the Prime Minister put pressure on the Minister of Defense to overturn the investigation of the suspects related to public lands owned by CXDS;
When he saw that the prime minister on 26th December 2021 changed a new minister to the Ministry of Defense without the ongoing investigations aimed at interfering with the corruption of land General by CXDS;\n
The president made these decisions;
- Since the prime minister of XFS Honorable Mohamed Hussein Roble entered into a search for corruption and looting public property, and he is now undergoing investigation for the suspicion, the work and capabilities of the first minister has been stopped. As far as that investigation is being prosecuted;

The UK is deeply concerned by the political situation in Somalia. Somalia stands at a critical juncture. For the sake of Somalia’s stability and security, it is vital Somalia’s leaders conclude the electoral process as soon as possible in a way that ensures the confidence of the Somali people in its outcome.
We underline the importance of an urgent meeting of the National Consultative Council (NCC) as the appropriate forum in which to resolve fundamental issues, address observed electoral shortcomings and accelerate the process. Greater transparency in the process will be particularly important. We reiterate that the NCC is established as the forum through which grievances with the process are addressed. At the technical level it is essential that the independence of the authority of the Electoral Bodies is respected.
We urge all Somalia’s leaders to attend the NCC meeting and to engage constructively in these talks. We remain supportive of any process that respects the 17 September 2020 and 27 May 2021 agreements and leads to consensus on a way forward.
This is a time for leadership and cooperation by all parties. It is vital Somalia’s leaders look beyond self-interest and refrain from any actions that could exacerbate the political tensions and risk violence, including through public statements, parallel processes or other provocative measures.
As we stated earlier this year, in the absence of consensus leading to inclusive and credible elections being held without further delay, the international community’s relationship with Somalia’s leadership will change. The UK will work with its international partners on a common approach to re-evaluate our relationship and the nature of our assistance to Somalia.

The United States supports the call for an in-person National Consultative Council meeting this week focused on improving and expediting Somalia’s electoral process. The United States is deeply concerned by the continuing delays and by the procedural irregularities that have undermined the credibility of the process. It is imperative that Somalia’s national and Federal Member State leaders swiftly conclude credible, transparent, and inclusive parliamentary and presidential elections and address concerns in an open and acceptable manner. The United States remains committed to supporting peace and stability in Somalia and will use available tools to meet those goals.
