Its location is part of its importance literally the centre of Somaliland. Yet they focus on museums in down town Hargeisa. What’s the likelihood any Somalilander in Ceerigaabo or Laascaanod would ever visit that museum? That’s not to say the museum is a bad idea.
Everyone knows the importance of that plane in Hargeisa, because its on display, yet this building is hidden and almost forgotten left to decay !
