aibat is a island off somaliland , and could be a potential gold mine , it can be developed as a torusit destination with ferrys from berbera and land plots for sale , and could have hotels shops and mall only 1.5 miles and 12 km away from somaliland it could generate good revenue as a torusit region and surprise somaliland with hotels and shops it could make around 1 billion dollars in sale from tourists with many hotels traffic lights , ferrys per hour and apartments for rent , somalilander could go on holiday to aibat that work in the city , the island should be all concrete and im sure somaliland could get a contract for all concrete , power station , traffic lights and road and land plots for apartments , when all is done somaliland get high money from land plots as much as 200 million dollars to build apartments and hotels and shopping malls with high land prices for sale with only small development con tract needed , aibat could make 1 billion dollars in the future if it gets a all concrete development , land plots on its own could be very high , aibat would have thier own, somaliland could get a full contract for the island with own power of around 100 megawatts and build hotels over 10 hotels and even build a skyscraper , it would a new economic area , it can in the futre even get designation as a region in somaliland such as awdal, and sanaag , aibat as a region is possible when built with all concrete with a contract , it can make over 1 billion with tourism, aibat and saadadin islands should be a region in somaliland with own budget from the goverment , aibat should get govermental funding as region the same as awdal and sahil
