A lot of money but nothing standing out. Possibly $2million dollars earnmarked for new dams and wells. That is all I took from this budget.
I see endless office furniture and office equipment - a byword for corruption.
There must be an Office created for looking after Office Furniture/Equipment. Any purchase bigger than $50 must have a Tag-number to track it.
