somaliland island is a gold mine and small area around 1200 meters it could have hotels and shops and tourism with a 30 million all concrete contract with sewage towards the sea , it can have beachs and high hotel brands and be a region in somaliland simialr to sahil and awdal with ferrys towards aibat from berbera , it could be highly developed with urban planning and dense with popualtion of 200,000 with squares and roads and traffic lights it could have desgin buildings with shops below and apartments on top , it could have a center with monument and have a billions value in the future it would not have a airport as its too small but over 10 ferrys per hr from berbera , it could have ferrys from uae and erieria and djibouti for tourism and immgration building on port for countrys like djibouti , uae and international countrys , international countrys would need to first travel to berbera with high class ferry and international hotel bookings for aibat island , the island could have a football team and bussines center with close location to djibouti all concrete would make it more vaualble with sewage areas towards the sea and morden 4g cables on roads and tarmac contract would be small as much as 23 million to 29 million dollars only with power plant it could the only small island that somaliland could develope very fast as much as 2 years only or less
