trams in hargeisa could be real , it costs very little and as a somalilander i support trams in hargesia city , it cheap around 10 million each and tracks are easy to install and total installation around 30 to 40 million with 3 and 4 trams and would be positive for hargeisa intercity transport , it can be only 900 meters long with drivers changing every few minutes to turn back , pay money such as 10 shillings to use , well its not easy to get a metro and build for miles underground and also build overground that cost very very high , trams are the easy option and not build yet in somaliland it very cheap and tracks on road are cheap to install and total 17 million dollars for 900 meters from madax todoya in central hargesia , im suprised that no tram is in hargesia when it cost 17 million dollars to install and finish , it would mean somaliland cna get its first wireless card for hargesia for transport and have a public transport other than a bus , is cost very little compared to metro with 80 stations undergorund which would be around 40 billion dollars, trams are cheap and can cost 1 million each with high technology and be around 900 meters only in central hargesia i still dont know why somaliland has not gone for trams as total prices can be around 10 million only , japan , italy, germnay , china has many tram builder and are cheap to install
