So they let this guy the Head of Ethiopia’s Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise, Mr. Roba Megersa into the port without informing the port management?
And now they have lost their license?

Too harsh. Probably a fine or even a warning should have been sufficient but to revoke license is too far.
This was beyond dumb and highlights the incompetence of some of the ministries. They could have handled it in house. There is something about running to the media culture in SL. The fact that their license expired should have been enough to suspend them temporarily or send whatever political point you want to send and tell that to the media if need be, the other stuff just shows procedural failure on the ports part.
