This communique was for public/Somali consumption that’s why its so generic/formulaic.
People are hung up on semantics such as the word reconciliation (the restoration of friendly relations) in the UK’s tweet or the two governments wording in the communique. It’s the stuff that happened behind the scenes that matters more.
