as we know somaliland payed 70 million dollars maharat investment company to build a new airport and possible demolish the the old one and build 2 new terminals with very modern airport with car parks , having airport security , baggage handling , and jetty’s for airplanes, run lights so somaliland dont need wait on tarmac for the plane , they payed 70 million which is high and very positive , it come at a time when airline economy was made in somaliland with somaliland airlines that plans to be the national carrier for somaliland likey orders of airbus a300 and boeing 737max tht are second hand and cost around 40 million dollars of around 12 years service , well this means somaliland can be more confidant and more professional in tis airline conomy that could make billions with flights from minniosta , sweden , finland , london , india and arabia , somaliland could generate around 1 billion in a few years with around 20 planes , it also means that internal flights are better with berbera and burco destinations that would increase towards 10 flights per day internally to generate avivational economy , somaliland with somaliland airlines can make thier own foodon planes and this new build is major some say its expensive , and 40 million is more normal , somaliland also may ask maharat to build thier first stadium, which i think is a good idea , maharat should get more contracts with the imf money that somaliland would get when recognizes with new israel recogntion somaliland could get 3000 million ie 3 billion dollars to build mega projects such as stadiums malls and shops and solar power station , solar is a batter option beacuse the sun is hot in somaliland , power stations of solar could around 1000 megawatts that largest in somaliland , somaliland also did jet fule storage for thier avialtional economy . somaliland did the airport before the imf money as a country which is a big step and shows how positive they spend on thier country and people , it means somaliland can duty free shops such as dubai duty free and many more exisit ie duty free . the hargeisa airport economy on its own should generate a commerical area of around 30 million per year and highlights that airports need to big for the city , new pizza hut shops can open in airport as well as primo geleto fast food , the airport would have many floors and high ceilings and have easy links for tourists to visit ,maharat is a good company for somaliland in the future and somaliland could have over 300 million dollars of contracts with maharat with stadiums and malls , stadiums are needed for football as somaliland to get thier caf game a 30,000 stadium would require around 100,000 bags of 50 kg of cement and cost around 40 million less than the airport and malls also needed for desginer clothes such as stores and jewellery, Somaliand mall such as bawadi in Djibouti has not been built yet a stadium mall combination is a good idea in central hargesia that attract tourists , somaliland should stick with company’s that are positive for the country its not easy to find company’s that built mega projects that work well for the country and Somaliand should respect that and not move to other companys for no reason with new imf loans of 3000 million it means somaliland would need mega projects such as malls and stadiums and power projects,
