No, I think, that Mr. A. A. Tuur is the kid in this picture sitting on the second row on the furthest left on your screen. The kid who has both of his hands on each knee, respectively.

As for Mr. M. I. Egal, he is one of the kids standing on the first row. And he is the kid standing second from the furthest right of your screen.
