According to the video hospitality industry is booming which explains why there are so many hotels springing up all over the place. It could just be seasonal.
I noticed commercial buildings are also booming and being occupied swiftly.
Lets hope they are applying VAT and Tax to these industries even @ 5% and it is digitized.
It is seasonal which corresponds with when it is summer in the Northern Hemisphere. Which is very odd. I would assumed that people would rush out when it is winter time and seek sunnier places. Somalis are wired different, I guess.
But when it is peak season, it is very hard to find furnished houses in Hargeisa. And hence Hotels and Apartments become over booked.
