Hargeisa desperately needs public parks.
The two dams on either end of the city should be designated as public spaces.

This is Riyadhâs Salam Park, a man made dam with nicely done landscape and trees.
It sits on 1000m by 400m land. The dam itself is around 200m by 200m.
It is comparable to Hargeisa Dami dam.
