The Berbera Corridor Bridges were not designed to handle this type of floods.
Rivers erode banks and whatever is in the way and have been doing it for millions of years. Its not a difficult or even costly fix. Reshape the river so it actually flows under the bridge span.
Am just thinking about all that water rushing straight to the ocean hundreds km away!
